Snow Tubin' FAQs

Seacoast Adventure’s Snow Park is open on weekends, holidays, and school vacation weeks. Opening day is scheduled for late December. Snow tubin’ is run-in-time sessions. There are two or three sessions on Friday nights, five sessions on Saturdays, and four sessions on Sundays. We also have additional sessions on holidays such as President’s Day and select Thursdays evenings. Please check our Operating Calendar for more details.

Unfortunately due to indoor space limitations, we are not offering birthday parties.

Snow tubin’ has a height requirement. In order to participate, children must be at least 3’4″ (40″) tall. Guests who are 4′ (48″) tall and taller are a single ticket and use a regular single tube. Each child between 3’4″ to 3’11” (40″ to 47″) tall will use a small child tube and must be accompanied by an adult (age 16 or older). The adult will use a regular tube and link it to the small child tube.

For the safety of all of our guests and staff, Seacoast Adventure does not permit riders to carry other persons on their laps. One person per tube.

Double tubes are NOT available. All children between 40″ to 47″ tall will use a small child-sized tube and link it to an accompanying adult’s regular-sized tube.

No way! Our carpet lift will give you a ride back up to the top. Think of it as moving sidewalk that goes uphill… you simply step onto the conveyor at the bottom, lean forward to balance, and then step off once your effortless ride to the top is complete!

Sorry. We do not allow personal sleds or tubes to be used on our tube hill. The tube is included in the ticket price for a tubin’ session.

We do not require helmets for snow tubin’. You are welcome to bring helmets with you if you would like.

Yes. Linking numbers can vary with the weather and lane conditions. All tubin’ runs will state the maximum number of tubes that can be linked together.

Layer your clothes so that you can adjust to changes in temperature and precipitation. Dress for “snow” with waterproof clothing. Warm clothing including long underwear, gloves or mittens, hat or headband, jacket and ski/snow pants should be worn. We highly recommend that you stay away from wearing cotton clothing (jeans, sweatshirts, sweatpants, etc.) next to your skin, because it will absorb sweat and snow and make you cold. Remember that the sun exposure could be a problem so be sure to use sunscreen and eye protection. Wear waterproof snow or hiking boots. For safety reasons, ski boots and hard shell boots are not permitted.

Yes. Due to the popularity of this family activity, it is possible that any tubin’ session will sell out, especially during vacation weeks and holidays. In order to provide the most exciting and safe experience for our tubing guests, it is necessary for us to limit the amount of people in the tubin’ area.

The number of lanes open is between 4 and 11. At the start of the season and end of the season some lanes will be closed due to weather and snowmaking conditions. Lanes may close without notice for safety reason and operation standards.
